I have just upgraded and Ascension crashes my DAW:

 

Quick fix tip:

 

• Close any DAW apps.

 

• Visit your Ascension configuration folder:

 

(PC location) 'Documents > CubicAudio > Ascension'
(Mac location)  'Mac HD > Library > Application Support > CubicAudio > Ascension'

• Delete / Move to Trash/ Bin the following files:

​

preset.dv
data.dv
config.dv

​

• Restart your DAW and launch an instance of Ascension.   You will be prompted to re-location your Ascension Data Folder (what's this?).

 

Still crashing?  We recommend a full re-install of version 1.5.1. Follow these steps.
